There are some wellness blogs that suggest magnesium can help. I couldn't find any scientific evidence to support the theory, but as supplementing is safe (and OK'd by my doctor) I've been taking baths with magnesium chloride flakes. Epsom salt works, too. You can take it orally but it has a laxative effect.
I can't say for sure it's helping, but a bath is always nice
And the other suggestions which you are probably familiar with are ginger and acupressure (with seabands).
