Nature Deficit Disorder - how do you make sure that your kids get enough "green" time

We are lucky because our house backs onto private woodland (we've put in a sneaky gate) and our garden is quite natural. We have squirrels and even birds of prey in our garden, plus a home made waterfall. When its not raining we spend loads of time out there rolling about on an old duvet. When Billie is older we'll venture further and she can poke some cowpats with a stick!

That sounds great bibswy.

We live a few minutes walk from the woods and grow fruit and veg in our garden which the girls help with. Skye is doing a project about the garden atm too, so we spend time out there when the weather's fine for her to collect samples and draw diagrams.
