Naughty when daddy around?

Jack has been a lil sod all weekend for me and his dad. Tantrums, paddy fits, wont do this, wont do that...you know what i mean.

Today when martin went back to work, Jack has been really good for me. Then daddy comes home, and he doesnt want his tea, and he doesnt wanna do this....


I think Jack knows he can get what he wants from daddy, so that why he plays up. Yet im more firm, and i have to be, with my mental health problems at the mo, its my only way to cope.

Does anyone else have this problem?

hi hun yeah i av this problem all the time wi my 7 yr old
she is really good for her stepdad but as soon as i come in she turns to a little devil but im the 1 who is more strict so mayb this as someyhing to do with it
but no ur not alone

Yep, I have this problem with my two older girls (3yrs and 18 months). It's attention seeking as they feel like they're sharing my attention because Daddy is around.
