nausea ?

How do you help ease nausea without the use of pepto bismal ect?
I need something natural.

I get nauseas if I don't eat. Perhaps that may help, I normally never feel like it unless I eat alot the night before but something like toast helps me.

I don't know if it's morning sickness or what, but I just got a nasty feeling in my gut, and i feel nauseated because of it but my intestines also seem irritated and crampy? I just ate a meat lover's pizza maybe it was the pizza and it'll pass :/ I never had bad nausea before; I had 2 kids and never before had bad nausea.

thanks i drink water and it helps tho I feel hungry a bit but if I eat I think Im gonna end up sick again
