Need a little advise

Hey ladies,

Well I woke up at about half 3 this morning with a crippling stomach ache so went to the toilet didn't feel much better the. I had the most awful pain in my back which comes and goes.
I'm mega tired got headache and just want to go back to bed for an hour or so.
Feel like crap.

Any ideas what it could be? Or am I reading too much into it
