Need advice ladies!!

I went in a pregnancy confirmation on Thursday Febuary 17th. They sent me to Ultrasound because I had a lingering pain in my left quantrant basically my ovary. Well the Doctor called on Friday evening to tell me that I have a cyst on my left ovary. I took to pregnancy test and they said I was pregnant one at the Doctor and one at home. The Doctor said that they could not see a sac. He didn't think I was pregnant and that to follow up at the OB specialist. I am definately having pregnancy symptoms. I know according to the standard chart that is used that they use the first day of your last period which was 2/12. I ovulated according to digital OPK on 2/27 then implantation happened on 3/8 because I had implantation spots that is when Hcg starts being positive. Technically they use the first day of your last period because most women don't know what day they ovulated but I chart pretty rigourously. Today is 3/18 so it would technically make me about roughly 2 weeks.

Do you guys think I'm too early to even see a a sac with tranvaginal ultrasound???

hi hun, you're not going to see a sac until around 5 weeks after the first day of last AF. It's going to vary according to when you ovulated and the length of your cycles but roughly 5-6 weeks after LMP or 3-4 weeks after conception so I think you're still a bit too early to see anything with those dates. From what I've read you'd just be seeing a thickening of the uterus lining at present.

Thank you! He did say that the was thickening of the Uterus lining. I will be finding out this coming week. I know that I did not get pregnant before the 2/22 because of AF and no sex. So I know I'm still pregnant. I'm having symtoms...

hey hon its too early for a sac to be seen - the cyst you have may be a corpus luteal cyst - I had one with my last pg - its supposed to help everything develop - hope it all goes ok x
