Need advice!! Please!

Hello,
We are trying to get pregnant, and I'm just not sure right now. We ovulated on February 28 or 29, and I know this from a digital ovulation test. We had intercourse on the 28th twice and once on the 1st. We had a lot of opportunity to get pregnant this month.
Starting last week, my breasts started hurting and I was exhausted all week. I'm still exhausted. My boobs still hurt, and two or three days ago, I noticed that there is discharge from my nipples and I was cramping. Only very slight, but both were still there. Starting today, I've had headaches. I'm getting back aches. My temperature spiked two nights ago, and I have been nauseous all week. I'm currently 13/14 dpo, but my pregnancy tests are coming up negative.
Any thoughts our advice?? Thank you in advance!

Definitely sounds promising!! Maybe test again in a couple of days, the spike might be due to implantation and perhaps the HCG hasn't built up enough to detect yet. Good luck
