need advice regards stopping of income support

well IS stopped my money i called job centre they advised me that this fraud investigation woman wanted me to call them appareantly they had sent two letter to me to come for an interview i left the address they had for me on the 22nd of may and they went on the 24th and obviousyl no one was there only the landlords builders gutting the kitchen n bathroom putting new in this is why i had to move out for a wee while looking to rerent it off him once done anyhow my dh decides to tell me indeed he as been working in his step fathers getting 74 a week and they got a lettter there from dwp fraud investigations any how he signed the is form with me in oct 2010 when we started are claim saying he wasnt working he has never told me bout this work so i didnt know eg why dwp wasnt informed i am so worried what do i do? i called them the other week and she asked what my address was and i told her the address she said we went there the other day was empty i didnt get chance to say wel lthats my address untill 22nd has credit ran out she didnt ring back. and i have just managed to put some credit on and soo scared to call can my grandad call for me while i am in same room ? so need advice dh doesnt seem to care i am so scared ive got two young children on 9 weeks i dont wanna go prison we only been getting 42 a fortnight

As above really, your husband was claiming IS and working and they should ask for it back. I am guessing that being a joint claim you will be affected too, (but I am guessing not a fact). As he has also not told them that he has been working and claiming, he may not be eligiable for it again (again I dont know the details). I think you both need to come clean, be honest and hope they are gentle on you..

when we got married we filled in the form i was claiming for him as joint claim any how i asked if was working etc he said no (bear in mind he keeps things from me) he does his own thing he goes out does he own thing i do mine we are hardly together most times pllus ive got the children. and when this came to light he said oh its hardly any hrs and only 74 a week i am so worried as i didnt have a clue he started a huge row last night over it seeing didnt see why had to tell me
