ok so today i have gotten a horible cold and now my milk supply has dropped and i'm worried gabrielles not getting enough are there any ideas how i can increase my supply

Make sure you are still eating and drinking plenty still, you can try eating oatmeal, that can help your supply, also fenugreek. But most important just be sure to drink lots I hope you feel better soon!

she's three months i've noticed today while i've been sick that she wants it constantly and she has been getting frustrated while i am feeding her thank you for the advice guys

It might be that she's having a growth spurt that just happened to coinside with your cold. There's no reason for your supply to dip because of a cold especially at this point as you are well established and your boobs wont fill and empty anymore, they will just produce on demand.

do make sure you eat well though honey - like MO3 said oats/porridge is a great one for your milk
