Need advice

This is my first time posting on this forum and now I finally have something to post about

I got this chart which I do believe is quite good !

I have tried to find similar charts but have not succeed in figuring out if it's just me telling myself stories or this is what you would call a good chart?

I usually have a chart with many ''teeth'' on it.

I had 10 slow pokes/twinges in my uteris yesterday in the right side and then it stopped and havn't felt anything after. No idea if this could had been implantation.
