Need eyes! Am I crazy?

I'm 10-11 DPO, no symptoms (other than the fact I passed out on NYE at like 10:30 which I've never done). We were NPNT this last cycle because I was really stressed out over everything... ANYWAY I had the itch to test this morning and I think I got a faint line?! My husband says he sees the line too. OMG.

Anyone else? Wishful thinking? I've never gotten a faint line before, I always waited until a week after my AF and used digis. Also, both positives resulted in CP/MC so I'm also very nervous. Yikes!
