Need help understanding my test results

My doctor had me do some blood work today and I am just trying to figure out if this means I ovulated or will ovulate. It just states that I am in range for ovulation for both tests. Thank you!

What cycle day were you the day this blood was taken? That will help to determine the meaning of the results.

If I had to guess, you are VERY close to ovulation.

This was taken yesterday on CD 97. I have long cycles pretty much since 2015 when I had my last miscarriage. I got diagnosed with PCOS in early 2016. I also have hypothyroidism and got diagnosed with that in 2004.
