Need help with super unique names beginning with 'M'

I swear I have looked everywhere, but have only found 2 names that my OH likes and I semi like. These are Mio and Mikkel...OH is Filipino so Spanish sounding names would be great. He has his heart set on the initial being MJ, but I just cannot find that 'one' name beginning with M. We both like the name Jamieson for the middle name, but will choose the middle name to fit with the first, so can change it if need be.

I should probably say that we don't know the sex of bubs yet, it's just we have a girls name sorted already and we did have a boys name, but OH changed his mind suddenly the other day. Now I'm trying to sort a boys name out even though we don't know the sex yet, purely because it took us so long to pick the previous name we had chosen which OH now doesn't want.

Thanks ladies, there are a few names listed above that I like, but OH doesn't and vice versa lol we've seen loads, but nothing really unusual seems to pop out at both of us. At least we have a girls name, so that's half the battle. I remember my bro struggled with boy names, but found a girls name really easily...they ended up having a boy, so I'm sure the same will happen to me haha
