Need help

hi,
i was hoping someone could give me some advice on access,
I have recently seperated from my sons father, my son is 22 months old.
It has just been bought to my attention that my exs ex girlfriend is pursuing a case with social workers accusing my sons father of some form of child abuse, i.e locking her son in the cuboard, calling him names, being violent towards him,
Over the past couple of months before me and my ex split i have noticed him loosing his temper with our son, i.e smacking his legs when he is having a tantrum and also putting him in the bathroom with the lights off and closing the door again when he was having a tantrum.
I am worried as he wants regular access to our son and the case is still on going with his exs son so there is no evidence as of yet,
What do i do?
please help

If it was me i wouldn't let my child go with him, how terrible..

go see a solicitor if their is already a case on your ex, you can mention this and say what you have said here...

i am pretty sure a contact centre would be the best place, so its supervised visits....

I wouldnt let him go either.. You have a good reason not to let him and if the case is ongoing I am assuming that they wont let him have him anyway.

i am left in the dark as the investigation is going on with his exs son not mine......i dont know what is true and what isnt anymore.
