Need some guesses on Nub. 12 wks 6 days. doctor claimed 90% chance of

Dr said he think s 90% chance its a boy. Not sure really what he was going on. I don't know what a nub is or even if you can see one here. After he said that he said don't hold it against him if he's wrong and don't go buying any clothes and whatnot yet.
Any thoughts on my pic? What do you think, boy?

I had no clue what a nub was until I just watched this youtube video explaining it. So I took out my ultrasound pics and thought the same thing as you. I also looked at the ultrasound pix feom my 2 DD's and they look pretty similar.

Are you basing that on the nub? This does look like a nub in my picture, correct?
