Need some help with temps

Hey ladies,

Wonder if any of you could clear this up for me.. I'm new to this whole temperature thing, I've been working with the Billings ovulation method for over a year (to prevent preg up until march this year - spent many years on contraception and various treatments, wanted to give my system a good years break ahead of trying when we got married)

So my temps since I started about a week ago have danced about 36.4 - 36.8 give or take 0.1, I'm expected to ovulate somewhere around the 15th and although my opk's are still coming up negative I had a huge rise in temp today, up at 37.6 now.... does this mean i have or am about to ovulate? or i missed it, I'm very confused by it all!

Any advice would be much appreciated

Hey honey, I'm as new as you to temping but ov is calculated by your last day of lower temps, you'll need to record for a
Months before really knowing what's going on I'd say, but if your ov-ing, the opks should reflect, I'm the same, fluctuating .1-2 daily....
