Basically someone has hacked into my email and changed all my passwords and stuff and everytime i change my passwords they change them again, i was wondering if this account could be deleted and i make a new one with a new email address that im setting up ? if not no worries just concerned about my privacy if i keep this email address and account.

Everytime i try and reply on a thread it says im trying to pose a url or a an email address and im not! And I keep trying to reply and they put me in time out.. for SPAM.. I dont understand..
