I'll try to keep this short & not rant.

My son is being bullied again at school. I'm sick of it.

My daughter has started at the school in the next village.

I enquired about transferring him at the end of the summer (when he was being bullied), they didn't have any space.

I was going to try again in September, but now I want him out of his school. I discussed it with him tonight, changing schools & he is more than happy (says it all really).

If they are still "full", I think I can appeal to try & get him in, but really not sure how to go about it. I didn't really want to appeal as it feels unfair on the school but now feel I have no choice.

What I really want to konw is have any of you had any experience of appealing to get your child into your chosen school, or anyone working in education who knows anything about it? It may well be that it varies with education authority, but any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks
Caroline
