hello ladies, ive been charting since cd3 and now im on cd40 and have read about a ovulation dip and a fallback rise temp.I believe i had a fallback rise because my temp was already above the coverline before it dropped and then it went right back up the next day and has stayed up.so that would make me 4dpo today right?
background info: got mirena removed in march and it took 10 weeks to get my first cycle.that period lasted 4 weeks and my doctor put me on prempro to stop the bleeding.im supposed to take it for 28 days,once a day and a few days after stopping im supposed to start my 2nd cycle.
