I have been lurking on this site for a while and its great to see so many of you getting your BFPs. Myself and OH have been trying now for 7 months for our first. I am 31 and he is 35. I came off BCP last March and cycles settled down in August. I am now on 28/29 day cycles. I have used ovulation kits which have given me positives at CD 15/16. I also went to docs who took my bloods which came back fine. The whole thing is starting to put pressure on us as each month I am increasingly upset when AF shows up. Just wanted to share with people who understand as sick of hearing 'try too relax'!!!!

:hi: Welcome to the forum. You will find a lot of support and help here :hugs:

I know how frustrating it is, but the games not over :) this month/next month and so on could be your month, Only half of all couples would concieved in the time youve been trying :) You'll have your bfp :)

Maybe your OH could try and drink coffee, it helps increase sperm motility and endurance :) Theres so many things you can try...also preseed, which I've seen from sucess stories is really helpful :)

I am ttc also and just had a miscarriage, waiting to test at a respectable time atm, hoping for that bfp. Had to three bfns so far but didnt get my previous bfp till 17dpo...im only 12 now :P (Im a poas addict)

I wish you all the best and pray that you get your bfp soon! :D

Sticky baby dust! x

Hey hun

I know you probably don't want to hear it but it took my friend 18 months to conceive and I know how she felt so I can only sympathise, whereas other friends have conceived straight away. I guess you don't realise how much you want something until you have to wait for it.

Your body is probably just preparing itself for your little bean

good luck and enjoy trying xxxx :hugs:

Thanks guys. Think this forum is going to keep me sane! Life is so funny as for years I was quite happy to leave kids until later and now that I want one everywhere I turn it's babies and pregnant people! Not that I am not happy for them but you know what I mean.

Welcome to baby and bump. Everyone is really helpfull.
Luv Cheryl xxx

:hugs: welcome to B&B hun. Lots of luck to you :dust: hope you are blessed with a bump soon :) It's such a long, hard waiting game isn't it? But so worth it in the end!

Hi bonfloss - I know how you feel :hugs: AF showed up for me today we've been TTC for 6 months now, I always get very upset, frustrated and dissapointed on the day AF arrives but from CD2 I try and focus again and think of new ways in which we can make TTC eaiser and more fun. This month I went out and brought some new 'bedroom' underwear which was a real hit with my DH  and we tried preseed for the first time too. I find this forum really supportive which really helps too. Wishing you lots of luck and :dust:

Try putting your legs up in the air after BDing- I swear it works!!!!
I am on TTC month 3- but the first 2 months I wasn't really trying to be honest- so when I sat down and analysed things I realised- I caught with my DD by lifting my legs up after BDing (completely by accident) as we were on the kitchen floor (oooh matron) and I was just resting my legs on the cupboard handles.
I had mc last year and then too I remember at conception putting my legs against a wall around O time straight after BDing.
Try it you have nothing to lose- and its hilarious to c the look on your OH's face when u do it!!!!!lol
Lots of this https://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg251/wba_baggies/thBabydust3.gif for you!!!!

:hi: Welcome. Most of us here know and understand the frustration you are experiencing. We can't change it, but it helps to have someone to share it all with. Have some :dust: and hope you get a :bfp: soon.

Me and my DH have been TTC for 9 months after a tubal reversal and I am 35 and he is 30. Every month was the same thing. I had just gone to the doctor on 2-05 for my annual and she was talking about fertility specialists and doing an HSG test to see if my tubes were open. I went home that day and was like "Ok, what do I have to do to fix this?" I went out and got a whole slew of things for this new fertility recipe and got the information on "Sperm meets the egg" plan and I was going to rock it out next cycle! But then Valentines day came and went with no sign of af coming. I tested the next morning and there was our :bfp:
So I guess my advice to you would be to try and think of anything else other than TTC. Believe me I know what you are going through and it is soooo hard! I never realized how hard it was until I was TTC. My other 3 children were nice surprises but I didn't plan them.
So really just try and sit back and enjoy the ride!
Good luck and God bless! Sending you bunches of :dust:
