Okay, so I am new to this whole thing, but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone? I need advice.. But anyways I don't track my periods, which I am going to change but I know that I was on my period around july 10th. Well, the past four days my nipples have been so tender i can't wear a bra, even showering hurts. I've never experienced this in my life. I took a test this morning and it said negative. I don't understand? Help please!!
