Negitive test with spotting

Hello I’m very very new too all this, I have been getting spotting the past three days on and off nothing heavy but is there when I clean my self I have taken a test but came back negitive I have been exstremly thirsty and very tired like all I can do is just lay around and nap, I have been getting lower back pain and some light cramps my period is due in 5 days. Just need some advice as too what too do should I take another test or wait a few days after my period should have been??.

Hiya if you were pregnant you are testing too early. Wait a few more days until your period is due. I never had implantation bleeding so I don't know how it looks etc. I did have bleeds in early pregnancy from 5_17 weeks but my tests were positive
