Yesterday I met my doctor for the first time - he wanted to do some cultures as I'd had some unusual discharge over the weekend. It's the first time I've been to his practice and I consented to a pap as I was told it was standard. He also did a very gentle pelvic exam (felt ovaries and uterus), breast exam, and told me that everything feels/seems normal for how far along I am. I did like the doctor and he was super gentle during all of it. I thought I might spot after the pap, but I've have no spotting - I have, however, had some really low cramping and pulling. I'm worried about it and wondering if this is standard after a pap and internal exam while pregnant? I'm 7 weeks and 5 days.
