Nervous about everything!!

As the title says I'm nervous about everything recently!

I have doctors in the morning (not pregnancy related) and I'm going to mention to the doctors that I'm pregnant again and I just don't understand why I'm so nervous about it!!

Then my mum popped round earlier and I was so tempted to announce the news to her but I got nervous again and just couldn't tell her ... I really don't know we're all these nerves have come from!xx

I think it's natural to be a little nervous... Or at least that's what I keep telling myself! Give yourself a few weeks to adjust and get used to the news!
