i just got my bfp after 6 months of trying.
2 years ago i had a m/c at 6 weeks, i am so nervous i think i am going to vomit, i dont want to tell anyone i am even a bit nervous to get OH hopes up if i am going to loose it

It is very hard to be positive after a loss - I would def tell a couple of people close to you - if the worst were to happen you may need the support.

That being said - you have a much greater chance of everything being absolutely fine.

i have told OH and my best friend but she want to start buying me stuff and has already sent me flowers within about 20 minutes of her knowing i wish i never told her now

Congratulations on your pregnancy.

It's hard after a loss. We decided to tell people, as if it goes wrong I would want to tell them too. Plus, as I learnt in my last pregnancy, things can go wrong at any time and even if we had waited until 12 weeks, it wouldn't have made a difference.

I spent the first week absolutely terrified, but am relaxing a little now. I am determined to enjoy this pregnancy and not get paranoid. Try not to be too hard on your friend. I expect she is just thrilled for you, especially if she knows you have been trying a while. It is hard to understand a loss unles you have had one yourself, so I suspect she just doesn't get it.

hey i no how u feel i lost a baby last november at 8 week 4 days iam now pregnet again and iam scared out my witts as iam 8 weeks iam just scared it will happen again its so hard to enjoy it at the moment xxxx

thanks everyone i have started to enjoy it a bit more today, last time i did not even know about m/c i was so blind to the thought that anything could go wrong, i wish i was still like that
