Nesting gone wrong!

Here I am at 38 weeks pregnant, laying in the bath tub, drinking that red leaf tea stuff.... And thinking of all of the places I could go clean!!

I might add, my house is a wreck! But I don't get the "nesting" feeling here, simply when I'm at my parents or a friends. Then I can't seem to sit still and constantly scan the room imagining how I would rearrange and clean it all LOL

Not sure if I just have good faith my house will magically clean itself before I get induced Monday (due to gestational diabetes) or if this is normal!
 
O my I know how you feel. I have baby's room to finish, need to get her clothes washed and ready, my kitchen looks like I haven't cleaned it in months (cooked a big meal last night). And all I can do is sit around, looking at it. I can not for the life of me get the energy to get it clean.

I don't want to bend over, my feet are swollen...I clean my grandpas house 2x a week for a little extra cash, and his house looks great. When I think of doing my house, I take a nap instead.
 
I'm choosing cloth nappies and spend HOURS stuffing inserts, re washing and counting them. Crib ready? No. Spare room clean? No. My room clean? No... :dohh:
 
I am using cloth as well, they are still all nice and packaged, not washed, I just looked into baby's room and shut the door. Where is my magic nesting fairy?
 
So exhausted this time... first pregnancy I nested majorly... this time I'm SO tired..
 
Over the past couple weeks I have wanted to clean my house top to bottom each day. I've had to be really strict with myself, I only allow myself to clean one room a day.
 
With my first I was so ready with my second I was Induced new years day and my parents went to my house to tidy it all for me!!! It was hideous! But I was so exhausted a single mum with a 4 year old and heavily pregnant I physically couldn't find the energy..... This time I am super lucky my oh is nesting for me hahaha yessssss!
 
Dont feel bad! Us heavily pregnant ladies need our rest (as i keep being told!). Baby can only see 12 inches in front of itself, it wont notice the mess :D

Im just getting over the nesting thing. I scrubbed the inside doors so hard ive taken a layer of wood varnish off oops.
