So after finding out at 4 weeks and having zero symptoms since, i'm finally getting the start of the tender nipples!! Never been so excited to get sore boobs haha, is anyone in the same boat?
Also .... I have found in last few days if I get up too quickly my eyesight goes black and disappears for literally a matter of seconds but it's scary! Does anyone else experience this? Xx

That sounds like low blood pressure. Just try to get up slowly and keep yourself well hydrated Laying down with your feet raised above your heart can help if you start to feel faint.

I agree, sounds blood pressure related. Your blood pressure drops in first tri as your blood vessels expand to accommodate extra blood volume, but that doesn't actually reach its height till later. Hopefully it should pass as you move into second tri.
