Never felt so alone

I honestly feel so alone .
My daughters behaviour is awful atm and my son is currently getting a diagnosis for autism.
I had a break down this morning where I just cried my heart out. I then got cramps which didn't help.

Oh hun im so sorry your going thru this!!! My older son got diagnosed with Autism when i was pregnant too and i felt like my world was falling apart but trust me everything is going to be ok!! If you want to talk i am here or PM me

I'm trying to stay strong but it's difficult and doesn't help with hormones flying all over the place.

Hang in there, I have a DD with ASD it's a very long difficult road however once at the end and having an idea of how to cope it gets easier. Take everyday as it come and ensure if at all possible you take some time out for yourself, for me it was when my DD slept for a few hours at nights she's lots better now you can do it xx
