I got told to do pelvic floor muscles threw out my pregnancy and afterwards, healing will occur alot quicker and any sort of incontinence will be reduced :)! Start squeezing ladies!

I have always been told about your pelvis floor muscles and just assumed every one knew it. If you don't do it it can affect you later in life too. I do mine regularly, even when not pregnant!!

I've been doing mine, but they um....................kinda make me a bit 'turned on' :( Not that ace at work! lol. Oh thinks it funny :(
 
I do mine alot....after 3 kids already i worry that my muscles will be useless and i will end up weeing myself every time i laugh if i dont...

.....Abz1982 i dont have your problem tho, i can imagine thats not much fun at work.....O well the things we have to do lol xxxxx
 
Yeah i knew this, your meant to do them when your not pregnant too x
