Hi all, i'm new here. I'm 36, ttc #2. I have a daughter who is 8, took me about 2 years to get pregnant with her. I used clomid for that pregnancy. We tried off and on over the years for another child but it never happened. I thought I had accepted only having one child but as i got older the desire to have more got stronger, so here i am ttc #2. I am seeing a specialist since we've been trying this time for over 6 months. I am taking clomid, Menopur and then will have a trigger shot this month. I just had an ultrasound yesterday on cd 12 and my follicles are only about 10-12, so i'm continuing the Menopur for a few more days to see if they will mature further. MOst of my friends have children my daughters age and are done having children so it's hard to share my journey with them. I'm so glad there are forum's for us all to talk that are going through the same journey!
