New here and wanting some opinions

Hi ladies, I'm new here. Last feb dh and I tried once and got a bfp on the first try but had a mc at 5 weeks. Took a break over the summer and started trying again in Oct with no luck for 3 months (have been married for 3 yrs not trying to prevent it and nothing) so did some blood work and found out I have pcos. This is my 3rd round of Clomid at 50mg. The past two days (about 7-8 dpo)I had a really terrible dizzy headache and kind of strong cramps. The kind that if I didn't know I was still 6-7 dad away from AF I would think she was coming. But it was a little different than usual bc I had random little sharp pains. I also had a lot of creamy cm, dh and bd and had a tiny bit of pink mixed with creamy cm. Today I woke up and everything pretty much gone, except tender breasts. I have super mild cramps and mild headache but I'd say it's about 10% of what it was yesterday. Creamy cm is gone. I was wondering, could that mean maybe this is our month? Or maybe just weird hormone things before I start next week?
