A quick introduction on myself.
I’m 32. DD is 11 DS is 9. DH is 28.
I’m currently trying for #3. I am not officially diagnosed with PCOS however told by few doctors on several ultrasounds I have a tendency to develope cysts DS took about 6 months to conceive with very irregular cycles.
Last month we did NTNP. And I ended up a chemical pregnancy. Which ended April 5 th. I got what I thought was a pos opk yesterday but woke up this morning bleeding quite heavy. So back to the drawing board.

Question.... it’s been many a years since I took my BBT I’m going to start but do I start while bleeding?

I see lots of fantastic ladies here and look forward to this journey with Yous

I start temping from the first day of my period. This helps me see the highs and lows where I expect them to see on my normal chart patterns.

It's best to start as soon as you get to see the full range then and get into the habit of taking your temp
