New here TTC 18 months need friend and advice with motility

Hey sunshines!

My hubby and I have been TTC for 18 months and he recently got test results back that his motility is 34% with 61 million count. I'm not sure if anyone has had any luck with low motility issues but I haven't been finding much on google :/ Does anyone know if we can still conceive naturally? It's good to be here finally and have someone to talk to about all this

From what I've learned it's possible but difficult.. If you're doing natural try softcups and preseed to help those sperm swim and stay! If you want assistance then IUI is best

Hey there, my husband improved his motility with accupuncture and vitamins. It went from 35% to 50% after just two sessions! Good luck!
