New to charting... Can anyone take a look?

I attached my chart in my signature and was hoping someone could take a look at it. We have been TTC for almost 2 years with no luck. My OB suggested temping so here I am. My temps seem really low and crazy. Also can you tell if you are in the follicular or luteal phase of cycle according to temps? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

It doesn't look like you've ovulated yet to me, do you use opks? They make charting the most reliable as FF combines all your fertility signs to give an accurate reading.

I agree, looks like you haven't ovulated yet. You may want to use OPKs and input when you get a positive. Generally when you ovulate your temp will spike by at least 0.4 degrees and stay up.

Im on the same boat. I usually use opks but my digital reader died. I have low unpredictable temps. I know I'm not pregnant bc temps are so low today 96.7. But feel like crap... sore breasts, acne, cold symptoms. Ugh! TTC is hard work.
