New to TTC - semen question

Do you guys put a towel down or something? Not enjoying sleeping in wet sheets

We used softcups when TTC, otherwise I would wait a few minutes for snuggles then go clean up. Any sperm strong enough to make it will have already gotten past the cervix and not come out.

It takes about 30 minutes for the stronger swimmers to make it through the cervix but its up to you if you want to try softcups or just not getting up for 30 minutes , a towel between the legs after helps with the mess.

Towels, always! Makes it easier for clean up for me, DH and our bed.

I just lay still with hips elevated for 30 mins and that helps with "the mess"
