New vains on breast?

So I noticed two days ago after I took a shower that I had a blue vain running from the top left of my left boob right to the nipple. Then yesterday another one poped up on my right boob. Today I have little ones around the lower part of the left boob. And now they are running from the middle of my chest towards my nipples. I asked my husband when I first saw them two days ago, if he's seen this on me before. He said No those are new. I've also had something other symtoms. Could I be pregnant?

I've noticed bue veins on my breasts and some really tiny red ones which i have never had - af is one week late, but bfn blood test and urine test i have nausea and exhaustion as well and just think I am going crazy
