Hi my name is Zoe i am 22 years old, i am new to forum life. I have already introduced myself on the introduce myself page but thought this was more applicable to me!

My partner and i have been trying to conceive since June 2009, my partner has 2 kids from a previous relationship...but we are not having much luck :nope:

I went to my GP last week who recommended i have some tests... so i had blood tests Monday and have a scan tomorrow...my results are next Tuesday!

The doctor says if there is a problem it will either be with me, my partner or us together!

I am trying to stay positive and it may sound strange but i have always felt i may have a problem!

I will keep you all posted on my progress!

Hello ladies
It sure is nice to know there are ladies out there to talk to about these times in our lives.
I have older children and never had to worry about charting or examing myself way back then, I am now 37 and my husband and i have been together now for almost 3 years. He doesnt have children he is much younger than I am and we are have been trying for a baby for awhile now with no luck, so we decided to get more serious about TTC.
So this is my first time charting and a bit confused about my chart and what to look for, any advise would be great
THANKS so much

Hi hun,
I find charting confusing aswell, I think the best thing to do is buy an ovulation kit which will tell you the best time to try and conceive...I haven't tried clearblue but I have heard lots of positive things... might be worth a go. Good luck :-D

You may have missed it, I found it hard! I would try again for a few months. Maybe try combining the OPK with measuring your basal body temperature, if you havent already done so... this may help :-)

Do you think by looking at my chart it shows anything?

Hey luckilegs1 - welcome! I'm new to this side of the forum...I was on the plain ol TTC forum, but switched to this as it applies more to our situation.
Wishing you lots of luck in your journey and hope you hear only good news with your appts!

Hi Joyusmoi,
I am on my 9th month charting (cycle 14 ttc) - and I think your chart looks good. clearly shows elevated temps for ovulation - and looks like you have at least 10day luteal phase. Good luck!!
