Newbie with worries ...

Hello to all,

Im Endcredits im currently 17weeks & 1day pregnant with my first baby.

Im getting bad lower abdominal pains...
It feels as though someone has/is stabbing me in my crotch and just above my pubic bone.
i was woundering if anyone could offer me any advice or re-assurance realy as its getting very painful and im scared.

Could be stretching or round ligament pains? I'd double check with your doctor though

hi congratulations

I too had this it was in my lower right and at one point it felt like a server stabbing pain. After getting it on a few occasions i went to my doctor and was diognosed with a water infection. Apperantly there very common in pregnancy. You should go check it out if your not sure because he said if there left too long it could cause problems. I left mine a week before finally going to see him but everything was fine the baby wasnt affected what so ever hes arrived safe
