Hiya all,
My DH and I are going to start TTC. The decision came after an unplanned pregnancy MC. The MC made us both see that we want to become parents now.
We are both in university studying full time. After a long time, I worked out all the finances of how much a baby with cost weekly, ensuring for a fair amount left over for medicine etc. DH works part-time. Until we complete university, we would be recieve university youth allowance and family benefit etc etc which would be more then enough (with income)for the child, rent, food and savings. This finance would also cover us for two years after university incase finding a job in a related field proves difficult. Clearly relying on benefits is not a long time thing (well, I dont want it to be lol) but it will be a help for the short time till we complete university
I was wondering if anyone has had a planned baby while in university and how you managed.
Thanks
