Newby, 38, pregnant with 1st and riddled with sinisitis :-(

Just wanted to say hello to all you lovely people. Is my first time on a forum like this so please be gentle

Just wondering, does anyone know of any natural (and safe) remedies for sinisitis? I'm taking the odd paracetomol every now and then but frankly it's not doing much.

Also anyone else my age or thereabouts? I'm very scared but also very very excited

I often find it helps to boil a mug of water, put my hands around the rim, stick my nose into my hands and breathe in the steam for a while. It helps loosen things off a bit.
