Just don't be too hard on yourself, try to get a support network around you ( family, friends, other mums) of people who can help, listen and just make you feel a bit safer.

Make an effort to find short cuts with things to make your life easier e.g - shopping on-line, housework, investing in things like a jumperoo! so you can have some time to yourself etc.

Its not as hard or upsetting as people make out it is, its just the beginning phase with FOB leaving that is hard and upsetting ( depending on circumstances etc). You will be fine, chin up
