News section?

I've been lurking around General lately and noticed that some threads have news links in them. Would it be an idea to had a sub section in general for news items? Maybe if they were all together you can more easily see if a story has been posted.

If this is a rubbish suggestion I will quite happily take a beating

Ahhh, that makes sense. It's obviously just me who spends an unhealthy amount of time on Yahoo being nosy
