Next AF?

Hey ladies i was just wondering when to expect a period after an early mc. I thought my period should have come around the 11th but here it is the 16th and still no af. I havent been temping since the mc so im not sure if i have even ovulated.

Sorry, there's really no way of knowing if you don't know if/when you ovulated. Usually AF will arrive in 4-6 weeks but for some it takes longer. Hope you don't have to wait too long!

With my first miscarriage, my period came only 2 weeks after it's scheduled time. My second was also an ectipic pregnancy that had to be treated. I bled for 2 weeks before the treatment and 2 weeks after, then it took almost 2 months for my period to start back up. But once it started back up, it was regular.

If you dont mind me asking how far along were you when you had your mc? Im just wondering because I wasnt that far along and my levels went back to normal within days but yet its been almost six weeks (i think thursday will be week 6) since and apart from spotting about a week before i thought af was set to come i havent seen a drop of blood.

Good question - It's hard to say how far along I was. I had an ultrasound where they estimated I was only 4 weeks and some days along (but probably should have been more like 8 or 9 weeks based on LMP) and then I miscarried about a week later. So I guess I was about 5 to 6 weeks along. I experienced bleeding for a full week, and hcg was at 69 a week and a half after the miscarriage. Hope that helps! I do hear it's different for everyone though.

Im hoping something pans out soon, im going to take a test on thursday and if that is negative ill ask the doctor for progesterone pills on my next appt because that will be exactly seven weeks since the mc. Im hoping i gotta sticky bean though.

so i took a frer this morning and it was BFN. So i guess im out, i figure ill ask the doctor for progesterone to knock my period on at my appt in a week and start temping again so that I wont have this confusion again. I wont lie kind of disheartented but what can i do?

32 days after my miscarriage I had my first cycle, I'm a normal 28day girl so it was few days late but nothing major, I had been doing opks so I knew once I got a positive my cycles had gone back to normal. Hope its the same for you too. So sorry for your loss hun xx

My mc was on feb 7th. I was six weeks along. I usually have long cycles and it's only been 20 days so I have no idea when my next period will come along.

Hoping you ladies can help me out. I also had a miscarrage on feb. 14 and was too about 6 weeks it's been 43+ days since it and nothing. When did you actually get AF?

Hi vianey, I was told to expect af anytime from 4-6 weeks. I tracked ovulation, which was a week late so I'm thinking it'll be 5 weeks for me. Have you been TTC this cycle? If so, maybe do a hpt. If not, can you speak to a doctor as its past 6 weeks for you.

af finally came for me at the worst time ever right as i was peeing in a cup for a drug test it was a gorry mess. I felt really bad for the guys who had to take the cup that looked like koolaid it was mortifying but anyway it was a full 2 months for af to come back for me. so much for increased fertility after mc.
