Nighmares

Hi ladies

just wondered if any of you have been having nightmares. i keep having the same dream that i go to the doctors for a scan and they tell me that the baby has died at 22 weeks. We found out we had lost Harry at my 20 week scan (18/19 week loss) and i have go through that stage now with this lil lady and was feeling very positive as i am having my insides kicked about night and day so i know that they baby is alive, but i just cant shake the nightmares off. my partner was up with me last night telling me stories from his chldhood as i was to scared to go to sleep but i know we are both going to end up exhausted, really dont know what to do!!

I haven't yet but there's always time - it is only natural - these worries are there even when you sleep - don't know if there's any way to stop it - maybe hypnotherapy?

I had one last night, although I am prone to night terrors and woke up screaming, sweating and heartbeat outa my chest...wish I could give you an answer, but I cant even control my own. Will nightmares interfere with anything?

I have nightmares constantly and since becoming pregnant my dreams have been really vivid last night I dreamed of blood in my pants and woke up and I was wet with discharge it took me a half hour of crying to believe my oh it wasnt blood. You maybe need to talk to someone to make you get out concerns I'm not one for councilling ect but a chat with a friend or something, dreams are things we are too scared to think about during the day. Ever since I got pregnant Ive had nightmares about things going wrong, sometimes they feel real vivid and it takes me a while to calm down and realise it was all a dream. But...nothing major has gone wrong so far so keep your head high hun xx
