After a bit of a rough start feeding and sleep wise I wasn't expecting to have this question to ask. My dd2 has been diagnosed cmpa and reflux, now that I'm dairy free, her reflux is medicated, no apneas for a week and she has regained her original weight percentile her sleep has improved dramatically. She used to sleep a maximum of 20mins at a time day and night until 7 weeks old!

Last night she slept 8pm to 6am without waking to feed at all. She is only 10 weeks old. While I loved the sleep, should I be concerned that this might affect my supply? She feeds 2-3 hourly through the day (demand fed). I wasn't sure if I should express if she does that again (I'll not count my chickens just yet)

Dd1 was ff at this age and while she dropped night feeds around this time I just didn't expect it while bf!

It's only been one night so I wouldn't expect it to continue. If your feeding lots in the day I wouldn't worry, your supply will adjust to what baby needs, you might find you get very full breasts I the morning and your could always express before you go to bed, but I wouldn't count your chickens that it's a regular thing just yet, it's a long time for one so small to go without a feed.
