night terrors

im sorry for posting this in here, but i might get more responses in here,

my 4 year old daughter is having night terrors (i think thats what she is having) for months now and i thought she would grow out of them, she is having them EVERY night, screaming and crying and talking but we cant really make out what she is saying, but tonight has just got worse, we heard a thud and thought she had fallen out her bed but she was actually banging her head against the wall crying and shouting stop!stop!! i dont know what to do anymore, i dont want her hurting herself

my 2.5 yr olds going thro the same for a wk now , shouting no no no and crying but its 3/4 times a night, plus hes not well at the moment either, ive no advise just x
