Not much from what I understand! My doctor prescribed me a cream but it hasn't really worked. Just one of those fun pregnancy things we have to deal with I guess!
Its likely just due to the hormone shifts, but avoiding sugar, dairy, processed food in general will help. Also, taking a probiotic and/or just eating fermented food like pickles, saurkraut, kefir, kimchi, etc.
I had a nightmare of thrush with my second-born. I had it constantly and kept doing the creams and just couldn't get rid of it!!!!! I ended up cutting out all sugar and dairy for a month, using the cream (the 7-day treatment) one last time during the first 7 days of changing my diet, and then it went away and stayed away finally!!!!
