Nikita Belle ? vote

It's a rare name and is only associated with the story of an assassin, so I typically get negative responses when I mention it for my baby. However, it's a name I've liked for years and the more I say it, mumble it, shout it, use variations (Nicki & Kitty) for it, the more I love it. But I'm polling anyway. I also like Belle as a middle name because I think it softens what may be viewed as a hard name.

I voted nay only because i agree with what you say about possibly sounding harsh. It definitely does in my Scottish accent. I like that you paired it with Belle though. I don’t know the assassin connection though so I wouldn’t let it put you off.

I knew a few Nikitas when I was young and all but one of them were quite rough, bullies or at least the "tough" girls so that puts me off! I'm in the UK though so it probably has very different connotations over there.
