Nipple cyst

I have a bit of a small cyst on the tip of one nipple. Tristan seems to be really clamping down at the moment and almost chewing it (possibly about to start teething?). Feeding on it is quite painful at the moment.

Any advice?

It has pretty much disappeared today and the area is only a bit nippy when Tristan pulls off suddenly. I am still going to get the doctor to have a look at my nipple on Monday when I take Tristan in about his dry skin.
