Past few months, AF has come by now, or at least spotting. But no, zilch and yet a BFN. I know I'm not pregnant cos, yeh know, I never am. But there's this 1% squiggly little 'what if' in the back of my mind...

Anyway, what drives me crazy and makes me look up at the sky and ask WHY?! is I'm going to Alton Towers tomorrow. If still no AF, I know, as I surge through the air on Rita or zoom down to the ground on Oblivion, I'm gonna be wondering if I'm pregnant. And if I am, am I killing whatever's in there?

WHY THIS MONTH? WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?

I know some might say don't go but you know what? I am SICK of putting my life on hold for empty hopes and the chances are very much that I am not pregnant (what with the BFN and not feeling AT ALL preggo). Plus one of the girls I'm going with (my best friend) recently discovered she may have cancer so this is about helping her forget (she's awaiting results).

Why couldn't I have been late last month? Or the month before? Why make me late for the first time in months on the weekend I'm going to Alton Towers?

Sorry, just venting. What's so sad about this is that the old me would've been secretly excited but honestly, just presume I'm not preggo. LTTC kinda takes the thrill out of it. x

looking at your ticker it seems she found you? And I would have gone to Alton Towers anyhow, I'm sure it'd not do much harm, they are pretty cushioned in there.

I say go. Don't put your life on hold. I have been TTC since 2006, and have done that month after month...and it is no way to live. We all gotta have a little fun once in awhile.

I'm in the same situation as you except my cycles are a bit longer.
It really does my head in cuz all i want now is the witch to come so i can start again.

I would say go and don't put your life on hold.

Good luck.

well, you've probably have gone by now , but just to say that I went through the same thought process when I was in 2ww two months ago and was do to go on theme park adventure day. In the end, I decided to stuff it and go and enjoy myself. I did feel a bit nervous when I read those signs about not going on some of the rides if pg but I really do think they mean advanced pg. Anyway, I did what I wanted to and....got my :bfp: 4 days later. I unfortunately miscarried three weeks later, but know it had nothing to do with it.

So go and enjoy yourself and hope you come back with AF still away and beautiful :bfp:

Yep, enjoy yourself lovely and have a fab time with your wonderful friend.

Forget your cycle for one day and enjoy this time.

xx

Thanks guys, I got my AF literally 2 mins before walking out of the door, ha ha. And lemme tell you, there's nothing like the Rita Queen of Speed ride at Alton Towers to get over AF blues... ;-) x
